Easy to make, homemade applesauce recipe for small apples, no peeling of the apples required!

- 20 small ripe apples enough to fill slow cooker.
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon optional
Wash apples, chop into pieces to remove the core. Place into the slow cooker.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Mash down with potato masher, then strain through cone and pestle strainer.
Place cooled applesauce into freezer bags and freeze. Refrigerate in jars if using within 4-5 days.
