Candy Cane Fudge

Stir together white chocolate and marshmallow fluff. Set aside.

Grind candy canes to a fine sugar consistency

Combine butter, granulated sugar, candy cane sugar, cream and a pinch of salt in saucepan.

Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, Stir continuously.

Continue to boil over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring continuously.

Pour over white chocolate and marshmallow fluff mixture.

Beat until chocolate is melted and fudge is smooth.

Pour into 8x8 lined baking pan.

Sprinkle with coarse chopped candy canes. Refrigerate until firm.
