Popcorn Balls are made with fine quality white chocolate, candy canes, and marshmallows

- 12 cups popcorn popped plain
- 4 ounces white chocolate good quality
- 1 bag white mini marshmallows 10 oz/ 250gram size
- 2 tbsps butter
- ΒΌ cup crushed candy canes
- 12 candy canes used for the stick
Pop the popcorn in microwave, transfer to a large bowl. Remove any un-popped kernels.
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Melt in the microwave at 50% power, stir occasionally. Cook just until melted, do not overheat.
In a large bowl melt the butter in the microwave.
Add the marshmallows and stir to coat with the melted butter. Return to the microwave and heat until the marshmallows have melted.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Toss to coat all the popcorn.
Slowly pour the melted marshmallows over the popcorn, stirring constantly to coat all the popcorn.
Sprinkle with the crushed candy canes, tossing throughout the popcorn.
Coat your hands with butter and form popcorn mixture into balls.
While the balls are still soft insert a whole candy cane in the popcorn ball to form the stick.
Let set until firm. Store by wrapping in plastic wrap.
