This creamy dressing combines the tantalizing flavours of avocado, cilantro, cumin, lime, garlic and Jalapeño pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons Jalapeño pepper finely chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mexican spice (Tajín Clásico) 

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust spices.
  • Serve on your favorite salad greens, use as a dip or spread.
