Bresaola Mozzarella Sandwich is made with fresh Bresaola, buffalo mozzarella and ciabatta bread.

Ingredients

  • ½ loaf ciabatta bread
  • 6 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 8 ounces buffalo mozzarella thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leafs
  • ½ pound bresaola

Instructions

  • Slice the ciabatta bread in half and spread an even layer of the mustard on each piece.
  • Layer with cheese, spinach and bresaola, top with second slice of bread.
  • Cut into 4 portions and enjoy!
