In a large skillet heat oil, cook carrots and onion until tender and golden, about 5 mins.
Stir in garlic and cook 1 min. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, parsley, breadcrumbs, chili sauce, egg
Add cooled onion mixture. Mix until just blended, don't overwork or burgers will be tough when cooked.
Form into equal sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on greased or foiled lined baking sheet (I spray with cooking oil)
Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until internal temperature 165 degrees.
