Roasted Spiced Almonds, the perfect balance of heat and sweet for a savory and crunchy snack.

- 3 cups almonds whole raw skins on
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine honey, vegetable oil, sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Mix well.
Add almonds and toss until coated.
Spread evenly, in single layer onto the baking sheet.
Place in preheated oven and roast, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
