Refreshing White Wine Sangria is quick and easy to make. A favorite party drink using a combination of delicious fresh fruit and white wine.

- 1 bottle white wine I used a Chardonnay
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 kiwi sliced
- 8 sprigs mint
- 1-2 cups ginger ale
- splash Cointreau or brandy optional-
- 1-2 tablespoon simple syrup optional
Pour wine into a large pitcher.
Add the sliced fruit, stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow fruit to infuse with the wine.
Stir in the ginger ale just before serving.
Optional - spike it up a bit with a splash of Cointreau or brandy.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
