INGREDIENTS

- scallops - fettuccine  - bacon - eggs - cream -parmesan cheese - olive oil - butter - shallots - garlic - green onions

Step 1

Start cooking fettucine pasta in large  pot.

In small bowl mix together cream, egg yolks and ¾ of the cheese.

In large skillet cook bacon until crisp, add shallots, garlic and ½ the green onions.

Toss bacon mixture and pasta together.
