Detox Water Recipe

  • Slices of grapefruit, lemon and cucumber, fresh mint leaves.

Apple Cinnamon Cranberry Infused Water

  • Apple slices, frozen cranberries, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and fresh grated ginger.

Citrus Twist Infused Water

  • Slices of grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime, fresh mint leaves.

Cucumber Celery Parsley Infused Water

  • Cucumber slices, celery slices, fresh Italian parsley, fresh basil.

Mixed Berry Infused Water

  • Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries, fresh mint leaves.

Pomegranate Kiwi & Mango Infused Water

  • Fresh pomegranate, kiwi slices, mango slices.

Melon Medley Infused Water

  • Cubes of watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew melon, fresh mint leaves.

Instructions

  • Fill large pitcher with cold filtered water.
  • Add the various fruit, vegetables, herbs ingredients.
  • Drink throughout the day. For better infusion of flavours, make the night before and refrigerate.
