Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding 4 ounce size
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup orange soda
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest grated

Orange Glaze

  • ½ cup confectioners sugar powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Grease bundt pan with butter. Use a brush to get all the crevices.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix and dry pudding mix.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, orange soda and orange zest.
  • Stir into the dry ingredients. Blend until combined.
  • Pour into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until done. Toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool the cake completely on a wire rack before removing from the cake pan.

Prepare Glaze for the Cake

  • Whisk together the confectioners' sugar, orange juice and milk.
  • Drizzle evenly over the cake.
