Ingredients

  • ¼ cup steel cut oats finely ground to powder consistency
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup wine grapes like concord grapes
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • maple syrup or honey optional

Instructions

  • Using a blender or grinder, grind the steel cut oats to powder consistency.
  • Add the ground steel cut oats, almond milk, fruit and ice cubes into the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • optional - add a tad of honey or maple syrup if you prefer your smoothie a bit sweeter.
