Healthy and dairy free this delicious tasting Steel Cut Oats Smoothie will start your day off right!

- 1/4 cup steel cut oats finely ground to powder consistency
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup wine grapes like concord grapes
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- maple syrup or honey optional
Using a blender or grinder, grind the steel cut oats to powder consistency.
Add the ground steel cut oats, almond milk, fruit and ice cubes into the blender.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
optional - add a tad of honey or maple syrup if you prefer your smoothie a bit sweeter.
