- 12 raw almonds
- ¾ cup plain sugar-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- ¼ cup fresh Kale
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ avocado
- ¼ teaspoon honey
- ½ cup ice cubes
Using a blender, grind almonds to fine crumbs.
Add the yogurt, kale, hemp and chia seed, blend together for a few seconds.
Add raspberries, blueberries, avocado, honey and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
