Broccoli Salad with Chia and Hemp Seeds
- 1 cup shredded broccoli
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- low calorie dressing of your choice or try my fresh herb dressing.
Shred broccoli, carrots and red cabbage.
Add hemp, chia and sunflower seeds.
Toss with dressing.
