- 1 cup shredded broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- low calorie dressing of your choice or try my fresh herb dressing.
- Shred broccoli, carrots and red cabbage.
- Add hemp, chia and sunflower seeds.
- Toss with dressing.
