Cinnamon Raisin  Scones

Ingredients

butter cream cheese egg vanilla cream salt

flour baking powder salt sugar raisins cinnamon chips

Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add cold butter and cream cheese to flour mixture.

Using a pastry blender, cut butter and cream cheese into the flour mix.

Whisk together heavy cream, egg and vanilla.

Stir raisins and cinnamon chips into the flour and butter mixture.

Add cream mixture, stirring until mixture is moistened and just comes together.

Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and press into a square
