Irish Stew  Recipe

Cube and season beef. Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.

Sear beef cubes

Cook vegetables until browned

Remove vegetables from skillet. Deglaze the pan with red wine. Stir in Guinness beer, beef broth, tomato paste, and seasonings.

Add beef and vegetables back in. Cover and roast in the oven for 1 to 2 hours. Optional: use a slow cooker and cook for 3 to 4 hours
