An amazing recipe for Swedish Meatballs. Meatballs smothered in a rich creamy and very tasty sauce!

Let's Make Swedish Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

ground beef panko bread crumbs milk onion garlic oregano egg beef broth cream Worcestershire sauce dijon mustard

Combine panko bread crumbs and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Saute onions, garlic and oregano.

Combine together panko breadcrumbs, sautéed onion mix and egg. Form meatballs.

In heavy skillet, cook meatballs, browning on all sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm while you make the sauce.

Melt butter, whisk in flour, beef broth, cream, dijon and worcestershire sauce.

Simmer until sauce thickens. Add cooked meatballs, cover and continue to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
