BUTTERSCOTCH CONFETTI SQUARES

This recipe for Confetti Squares is so quick and easy to make. These treats taste totally awesome!

We probably all enjoyed these as children, but still love them as adults.

Let's Make Butterscotch Confetti Squares

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Put marshmallows in a large bowl.

Step 2

Scoop peanut butter into saucepan.

Step 3

Add the butter and melt on MED/ LOW heat.

Step 4

Cook on MED/LOW heat, just until melted! Do not boil.

Step 5

Remove from heat. Make sure the mixture is not too hot before adding the butterscotch chips or it will crystallize.

Step 6

Stir in butterscotch chips, continue to stir until all is melted and smooth.

Step 7

Stir the butterscotch- peanut butter mix into the mini marshmallows.

Step 8

Spread into a greased baking pan. Cover and chill until firm.
