Ingredients: apple slices, frozen cranberries, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and fresh grated ginger

      1. Yes Sandra, the flavoured waters are an aid to help you stay on track with diet of your choice, they are so tasty you have no problem getting your 8+ glasses of water in a day.

  1. That mixed berry water looks gorgeous!! I’m surprised that you are using kiwi; I also like to do that, but kiwi doesn’t give its juice away, so it needs to be pureed and added manually. Still looks good, though 🙂
