Jesse, all the flavoured waters will keep you sipping all day
What are we allowed to eat on those days?
Yes Sandra, the flavoured waters are an aid to help you stay on track with diet of your choice, they are so tasty you have no problem getting your 8+ glasses of water in a day.
Do you have to drink a different drink everyday or can you just stick with the same mix for a week?
Hi Stephanie, you can stick with the same, or try them all. What ever way you wish to enjoy them.
Do you eat the ingredients also? Or drink the water only
I just drink the water.
These look so refreshing! I need to get better at drinking more water!
Natural flavoured water certainly helps, I make a big jug the night before so the flavours infuse and sip it all the next day.
I loved flavored water! These all look delicious!
thank you Megan.
So many great ways to stay hydrated!
and next nothing in calories!
This water is everything!
thanks Jocelyn, it is refreshing!
That mixed berry water looks gorgeous!! I’m surprised that you are using kiwi; I also like to do that, but kiwi doesn’t give its juice away, so it needs to be pureed and added manually. Still looks good, though 🙂
Hi Sophia, I find the kiwi usually breaks up, but pureeing it is also a great idea.
