This is such a great good soup!
It is a must try!! I didn’t put the zucchini in, husband doesn’t like it.
Very Hardy and healthy soup and so delicious😋 this is the first time I’ve made the soup and it was simply delicious. Thank you so much for sharing.
This recipe is so so hearty and yummy!! I’ve made it so many times I lost count. I highly recommend trying!
Is there another tortellini that can be used in this recipe? One person does not like cheese.
Any kind tortellini will taste just fine
Made this tonight. It was delicious.
Delicious! I made it exactly as described, but I was pressed for time so didn’t add cabbage, zucchini, green beans or the red beans. I’m sure it would be even better with those additions. My husband said it was his favorite soup I’ve ever made and I have made a lot. And not to toot my own horn but I’m a pretty good cook!
Clearly you did not make exactly as published.
This was fantastic !
Perfect cold night family dinner !
Thank you Alisa, it is one of my family’s fav!
Made this last night……….soooo tasty….I don’t like cabbage but it gave a sweet flavor.
Only used ground beef and meatballs…just enough beef flavor. Also skipped the kidney beans.
Not enough room in my pot….very hearty.
Have cooked a very similar recipe for years, we call it Lasagna soup. The variations are endless really. It’s one of the hardiest recipes for winter days when you need warmed up. I love the picture, and what drew me to take a peak at the ingredients. Thank you for sharing.
Absolutely delicious and very filling. Well worth the work!
The best soup ever! Very easy and my whole family loves it…my 13yr old requests it at least once a month!
Thank you so much Rachel. Always great when teenagers like anything we cook!
